You can post a position by completing the Employer Job Posting Form. If you have any questions, please contact the Career & Transfer Center at 623-935-8740 or ctc.frontdesk@estrellamountain.edu .

In addition, you can post your position on the Maricopa Career Network website at no cost.  

No. All job postings for the Maricopa Career Network and EMCC Career Services are subject to approval. All requests will be reviewed for content and suitability. Please review the Maricopa Career Network policies for posting requirements used for EMCC and the Maricopa Career Network. We do not accept posting that do not comply with Maricopa Career Network policies.

Yes. Companies can participate in on site recruitment. We welcome employers looking to advertise their job leads with us and offer employers the opportunity to recruit and interview our students on campus at no cost. For recruiting on campus, please download the Employer Recruitment form found on the Employer Resources page and review, complete, and return the form back to the Career & Transfer Center at ctc.frontdesk@estrellamountain.edu. If you have any questions, please contact the Career & Transfer Center at 623-935-8740 or ctc.frontdesk@estrellamountain.edu.

Yes. If you are interested in sharing your career and educational pathway, or expertise in a short period of time to help a student gain a better understanding of their goals, you can participate part of Engage Estrella's Mentorship program. Some activities you can participate in are:

  • Informational Interviews
  • Job Shadowing
  • Speakers Bureau

What are the benefits?

  • Assist students in the career exploration process and provide a mentoring experience to support the student
  • Share your knowledge and information with  students which can make a real difference in a student’s life
  • Help coach student’s and motivate student’s to stay on course

Maricopa CareerLink is a new career management tool for students to apply directly to jobs. For employers, this is a great way for you to create a profile for your organization, upload your job postings and collect student resumes all in one place. This system is a district-wide initiative utilized by all 10 MCCCD colleges and its students. If you have any questions, please contact the Career & Transfer Center at 623-935-8949. Estrella Mountain Community College, as part of the Maricopa County Community College District, appreciates our relationship with local employers. As an industry partner of Estrella Mountain, you have the ability to post jobs, sign up for career fairs, and request to host an information session at any of the Maricopa Community College's campuses.

Recruiting Options:

Post a Job: Applications from students or alumni can be emailed to you as they are received, held online, sent in a single PDF or directed to your recruiting website. Post a position under "Job Postings > Add New"

Attend Career Events: Each year we host several career events targeting internship and full time positions. This is a great way to build your brand on-campus while meeting a wide variety of students.  Look for Career Events under "Events"

Request an Information Session: Join us on-campus for a company presentation, networking, or office hours.  Request your date under "Events > Information Sessions"

Interview Students: Use On-Campus Recruiting to select an available interview date, share positions and collect applications, then manage the scheduling process. It's easy! Book your interview dates under "OCR"
