CARES Act Disbursements - Fall 2020

Estrella Mountain Community College is disbursing CARES Act funds directly to students.

These funds are awarded by the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund through the CARES Act to support students through this challenging time.

Students who qualify for CARES funds are enrolled in an EMCC financial-aid eligible certificate, degree, transfer pathway, or workforce program, have not previously received CARES funds for any semester, and received a Pell Grant or subsidized loan at EMCC during the Fall 2020 semester.

Students must be enrolled in at least six credit hours at EMCC during the Fall 2020 semester as of October 15, 2020, take the majority of their courses at EMCC, and meet other eligibility criteria.

If you qualify, you will receive a CARES grant posted to the refund method listed in your Student Center. Please monitor your Maricopa student email for these updates.
