Maricopa Emergency Management System Alert

 

   Police training will be taking place in front of the Montezuma Hall Courtyard that may involve some minor pedestrian traffic disruption and possible simulated gun fire. There will be signage in place to alert the public and 911 dispatchers will be aware of the training. The training exercises will be held on the following dates from 9am - 5pm: 8/5, 8/6, 8/8, 8/10, 8/12, 8/13.

 

 

Clubs and Organizations Event Proposal

Note: All point eligible events must submit a detailed description and attach any materials associated with the program. You Must submit a summary of the event and roster of attendees within a week of the event being held for point eligibility.

**Request Submission Deadlines:

  • Seven (7) days for tabling and Community Service Projects.
  • Fourteen (14) days for campus Speakers/Presentations/Forums/Events.
  • Thirty (30) Days for After Hour Events.
  • Forty-Five (45) days for events involving outside organizations .
  • Six to Eight (6-8) weeks  for event travel. 

SERVICE LEARNING:

IN LIEU OF SUBMITTING THE STUDENT LIFE EVENT FORM, ALL SERVICE LEARNING PROPOSALS MUST BE FILLED OUT AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATION: /students/service-learning/webforms/service-learning-student-proposal
