The purpose of this Association shall be to: promote the awareness of the RN program of nursing among academic and local communities. The purposes of the Feminist Majority Leadership Alliance of Estrella Mountain Community College will be: To establish a broad constituency to work in pursuit of feminist ideals -- social, political, and economic equality for women and men, girls and boys. Phi Theta Kappa the International Honors Society for Community Colleges is committed to promoting scholarship, leadership, service, and fellowship among talented community college students. Beta Alpha Xi, the Estrella Mountain Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa has achieved an outstanding Five Star Ranking since 1995. Each semester, students who have completed twelve (12) credit hours in 100-level or higher courses with a 3.5 cumulative grade point average receive an invitation to join the organization.

SkillsUSA is for students currently enrolled in an occupational or technology course or degree/certificate program. SkillsUSA is a partnership of students, teachers and industry working together to ensure America has a skilled workforce.
SkillsUSA empowers its members to become world-class workers, leaders and responsible American citizens. SkillsUSA improves the quality of our nation’s future skilled workforce through the development of Framework skills that include personal, workplace and technical skills grounded in academics.
