Final Exam Schedules
Final Exam Calendars (**Please refer to the attached Final Exam Calendar for specific term dates)
Regular Classes (16 week - not including hybrid, live online, or traditional online)
Final exam times for all regular term classes will take place during finals week. Please refer to the attached Final Exam Calendar on this page to determine which date and time the final exam will be given. Please use the start time of the class to determine the appropriate final exam date and time. Should there be any conflicts with final exams, students should notify their instructor, and faculty should notify their Division Chair. Science classes will take exams based on the start time of the lecture section.
Friday, Saturday, or Sunday ONLY Classes
Final exam times for classes that meet on Friday, Saturday or Sunday only, should be scheduled for the last regular class meeting. Should there be any conflicts with final exams, students should notify their instructor, and faculty should notify their Division Chair.
Flex Start Classes/Short-Term Classes (8 week)
Final exam times for short-term classes (8 weeks) will be scheduled during the last class meeting date as indicated on the class schedule. Should there be any conflicts with final exams, students should notify their instructor, and faculty should notify their Division Chair.
Live Online and Traditional Online Classes
Final exam times for live online and traditional online classes will be scheduled by the instructor for each course. Should in-person exams for live online and traditional online classes be required, this will be noted in the class schedule. All coursework including final exams must be completed by the posted end date of the course. Please refer to the course syllabus for exam details. Should there be any conflicts with final exams, students should notify their instructor, and faculty should notify their Division Chair.
(Live Online requiring specified final exam times should fall in line with standard final exam times to avoid conflicts with other classes. May choose to have an asynchronous/online final exam).
Hybrid Classes & Nonstandard Class Meeting Times
Final exam times for hybrid and other nonstandard classes should be scheduled during the last regular class meeting. Most hybrid classes will not meet during the week of finals: however, some classes may require final exams during the week of finals and/or may require an online final exam. Please refer to the course syllabus for exam details. Should there be any conflicts with final exams, students should notify their instructor, and faculty should notify their Division Chair.
*Faculty: In-Person hybrid final exams should be scheduled during the last regular class meeting date. Hybrid classes should not meet in-person during the week of finals. If additional in-person time for final exams is required, faculty should notify their Division to request space for the final exam.
