The EMCC Buckeye Educational Center provides convenient access to college education and workforce development classes for the residents of the City of Buckeye and its surrounding communities. We offer state-of-the-art computer classrooms, administrative space for faculty and staff, and student advisement, enrollment, financial aid, counseling and tutoring.

Estrella Mountain Community College is one component of a first-of-its-kind partnership between a public utility, a community college and a joint technical high school district. The EMCC location at the West-MEC Southwest Campus offers student services such as advisement, admissions and registration and placement testing to both high school students and the local community.
