Students at any Maricopa Community College may need to complete courses at more than one of our colleges.

Why Estrella Mountain Community College?

More than computers and servers, EMCC’s program is about helping people and businesses against cyber attacks. This critical role allows our society to thrive and move forward. Through lecture and lab work, you will learn to manage and secure linked systems of computers and devices. Students take courses on how to defend against attacks and the various methods attackers use. Estrella Mountain Community College has proudly been designated a National Center of Academic Excellence (CAE) in Cyber Defense Two-Year Education by the National Security Agency and the Department of Homeland Security. As part of this designation we offer many resources in addition to our degree and certificate program.
