Women's circles are sacred, non-judgmental spaces for authentic sharing, focusing on topics like personal growth, emotional well-being, relationships, and the cycles of life. Common issues include celebrating wins, processing grief, career challenges, and femininity. The focus is on vulnerability, connection, and supporting one another through life's transitions.
Along with conversation, we will have pages from adult coloring books, colored pencils, markers, crayons, etc., so that participants can engage in an activity and express themselves while listening. Feel free to bring your own medium of expression to work on and/or exhibit during this time.
