 Other important information:

  • Refunds have been processed for those who paid the $25 fee to participate in the May 8, 2020 in-person ceremony.
  • Diplomas for your earned degree(s) and certificate(s) will be mailed to the address in your Student Center by approximately August 1, 2020. All financial obligations to EMCC  must be cleared before we can release your degree and/or certificate and transcript. Log in to my.maricopa.edu to update your address and check your student email for updates.

Whether you have been working toward a degree or a certificate, the first step in the graduation process is to apply for graduation.

The Spring graduation application deadline has passed.  Students may now submit graduation applications for Fall 2020. 


Steps to Apply

  • Step 1: Prepare Your Application

    a. Complete the Exit Survey and print the confirmation
    b. Print the Graduation Application 
    c. If you haven’t already done so, submit your official transcripts from other schools to Admissions, Records & Registration 
     

  • Step 2: Connect with Your Advisor

    Your advisor will complete your graduation application with you. As you both work through the application, your advisor will:

    a. Review the graduation requirements for your respective catalog year
    b. Complete a check sheet for each program you are applying for
    c. Assist with selecting the final classes required for your graduation
    d. Your advisor will submit the completed graduation application to Admissions & Records.
