Where Creativity Meets Cuisine

The Culinary Institute provides you with enrichment experiences during the pursuit of a Culinary Associate’s Degree.

By participating in the Culinary Institute, you will have the opportunity to further your education while you receive hands-on experience in a professional kitchen and EMCC’s campus restaurant, Regions.

During your studies, the Culinary Institute will also offer a path to internship opportunities, a supportive club of peers, and networking opportunities outside of the classroom.

When you complete a degree program from the Culinary Institute, you will be prepared for employment in an industry that employs over 10% of Arizona’s working population.*
